Willow McLaughlin

Class ACT Coordinator

Willow McLaughlin has been working with ACT as a volunteer since 1998 as an actor, stage manager, costumer, director and producer. She has been working as the Class ACT Coordinator and a Class ACT teacher since 2008.  Willow has a Bachelor’s degree from WWU in English/Theatre Education and a Masters degree in Directing.  Willow finds joy in working with young people of all ages, and she believes there is nothing better than watching students become more confident in themselves and their talents, as they explore the world of theatre.

Abigail Hanson

ACT Operations Coordinator

Abigail Hanson is thrilled to be the new ACT Operations Coordinator and will be leading communications with with our patrons via phone, email, and in-person regarding ticket sales or other questions about the current season and theater.  Her previous theatre involvement includes leading as an actor, director, assistant stage manager and Class ACT teacher. She combines a passion for theater, engagement and creativity with the opportunity to work in a theatre setting and engage with patrons, staff members, actors, and production teams.

Cher Sauter

ACT Program Coordinator

Cher Sauter is excited to be the new Act Program Coordinator  assisting our producers and directors in bringing their artistic visions to life.  She has been involved in various aspects of theater for over forty years and as a newcomer  to the community she is impressed with the natural beauty of Anacortes and its friendly people.  She hopes to continue the tradition at ACT of excellent community theatre and is excited to help make our 2022 season a success. As her greatest production, Cher is the proud mother of Assistant District Attorney Catherine Sauter and Naval Pilot Lt.J.G Stephen Sauter.
