How can I check my show dates online?

When you purchase a ticket, you will receive an email receipt.  At the bottom of this receipt you will see a “To PRINT this TICKET, click here” link.  This link will show you a pdf version of your ticket that has the dates of the show you’ll be attending and the seat assignment.  If you no longer have your receipt, please let us know and we will resend it for you.  

How Do I Exchange my Tickets online?

When you purchase a ticket, you will receive an email receipt. At the bottom of your emailed receipt you will see a “To EXCHANGE this TICKET, click here” link.  This will allow you to exchange your seats for another date or seat.  Please keep in mind that this option is not available, from July – Septembers, as as we will be selling season tickets at that time.  During those months, and at any time, you can call the box office to exchange your seats.  The box office can be reached at 360-293-6829. 

 

Do I Need To Print My Tickets At Home?

It is possible to print your tickets from home from the “To PRINT this TICKET, click here” link at the bottom of your emailed receipt.  If you would like to do this for your own convenience, you are welcome to do that.  However, we are happy to print your tickets for you at the box office.  They can be held at Will Call or we can mail them to you.  We can also print them for you when you arrive to see the show.  You can also show your pdf tickets on your phone and skip printing entirely.
