How can I check my show dates online?

When you purchase a ticket, you will receive an email receipt.  At the bottom of this receipt you will see a “To PRINT this TICKET, click here” link.  This link will show you a pdf version of your ticket that has the dates of the show you’ll be attending and the seat assignment.  If you no longer have your receipt, please let us know and we will resend it for you.  

How Do I Exchange my Tickets online?

When you purchase a ticket, you will receive an email receipt. At the bottom of your emailed receipt you will see a “To EXCHANGE this TICKET, click here” link.  This will allow you to exchange your seats for another date or seat.  You can also email act@acttheatre.com, and we will be happy to exchange them for you.

 

Do I Need To Print My Tickets At Home?

Tickets for virtual shows do not need to be printed.  We will email you a link to our virtual production page and a password for that day’s performance no later than 10 am on the day of your performance.  

Tickets for live shows can be printed at home from the “To PRINT this TICKET, click here” link at the bottom of your emailed receipt.  If you would like to do this for your own convenience, you are welcome to do that.  However, we are happy to print your tickets for you at the box office.  They can be held at Will Call or we can mail them to you.  We can also print them for you when you arrive to see the show.  You can also show your pdf tickets on your phone and skip printing entirely.
